What is PLAYISM?
PLAYISM is an online PC game portal that focuses on distributing the most interesting, artistic and original games out there to players across the world. It is owned and operated by Active Gaming Media Inc.

How to Register
Membership is required in order to download free demos or to purchase games. To register, click on "LOGIN/REGISTER" at the top of the page, and then click on the "Sign up!" button on the following page. Once you are on the account creation page, fill in the required fields (indicated with an asterisk '*') as well as any of the optional fields, if you so choose before agreeing to the terms and conditions and proceeding with registration. You may also sign up for our newsletter here.
Additionally, should you have a Twitter, Facebook, Google or OpenID account, you may register (as well as login) with one of these instead of creating an account as described previously. Please be advised that these accounts will not be linked to one another, and will instead constitute as individual accounts. In order to adhere to our user agreement please only make one account.
Following registration, you will be able to login using the email address and password or SNS account with which you registered. When logged in, your account name will display in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

How to cancel a Membership
You can carry out membership cancelation via the cancelation button found in the User Agreement found at the bottom of the page.
Following cancelation, you will be sent a cancelation confirmation message via the email address with which you had registered, completing the cancelation process.
However, please be advised that following cancelation any payments or liabilities we have received will not be refunded. We ask for your understanding.

Free Demos
While logged in, when viewing certain game product pages you will be able to click the ‘Download Demo’ button in the upper right-hand portion of the screen (only for games with demos available--this choice will be in grey if not applicable). Clicking this button will give you the option to download either the PC or Mac version of the free demo. These demos are provided to you at no cost.

Purchasing Games
While logged in, if you click the ‘Add to cart’ button on a game product page, that game will be added to your cart. To access your cart, click the ‘My Cart’ button in the upper right hand portion of the page, and then click the ‘Checkout’ button to proceed to the payment options page. Currently, we only accept payments via PayPal. A PayPal account is not required to complete your purchase, as you can also use a credit card via PayPal as a guest. You will then be able to carry out the purchase transaction on the PayPal website. Upon completion, you will be redirected back to PLAYISM.

Pay What You Want
Some of our games are sold as a "Pay What You Want" title, which means that users can, for the most part, set their own price for the game. Each title has its own minimum price, so by entering a value greater than this and clicking the ‘dd to cart’ button, you will be able to buy them. These funds help to the developer to produce their next projects, so we encourage you to be generous with your payments so as to keep supporting the creation of great games. Currently, we only accept payments via PayPal, but a PayPal account is not required to complete your purchase, as you can also use a credit card via PayPal as a guest.

Gifts
When you add an item to your cart after checking the ‘This is a gift’ box, you can purchase a copy of the game for a friend! Simply enter your name, your friend’s name and your friend’s email address when prompted once you add the game to your cart. After checkout, your friend will be sent an email with coupon code good for a free copy of the game you purchased! Go ahead and share the love!

How to use coupons
PLAYISM will sometimes run promotions where we give away discount coupon codes good for the games we feature on site. If you’ve a coupon code, just enter it in the appropriate field inside of your shopping cart, hit ‘apply discount’ and bask in the glorious savings!

System Requirements
At the moment, our games function on only on either PC or Mac, and depending upon your system specs some of the games may not function properly or even at all. Please be sure to always check that your computer meets the recommended system requirements before making a purchase. You can also download and try free demos to see how games run on your system – in fact, we recommend it!

How to play
Typically there is a help file included with your game download that can offer information on how to play the game. Should that fail, feel free to contact us with any questions you might have via the contact page – we’re a small team so please understand that it may take time for us to get back to you.

"I’ve accidentally deleted a game I bought!"
You can re-download it via your ‘My Account’ downloads list. There are no limits to the number of times you can download the games you’ve purchased. If you have any trouble, please feel free to contact us.
